Navigating the sacred realm of plant medicine

PLANT MEDICINE COACHING

I have stayed in luxury 5-star retreats, and traveled to the Amazon for the most authentic experience with the Yawanawa tribe. I have sat in intimate circles, and been part of ceremony with over 100 people. The world of plant medicine is big, and is only getting bigger with the passage of time. It can be a lot to navigate.

During our time working together, I will draw from my own experiences to best guide you on this journey. I will always approach the process with a deep reverence for the plant medicines, as well as the wisdom keepers that have kept these traditions alive, and welcome us with open arms as we come to them to learn and grow.

I truly believe that the Spirit of the plant calls in the people who are ready whenever the time comes. I have seen this for myself, and in many other people. My goal is to support those embarking on this journey, through mindful preparation, support, and integration.

Are you feeling the call to work with plant medicine?

As a first step, I invite you to schedule a free discovery call, so we can get to know each other better, and see if my guidance would be beneficial as you embark on this journey.

1. Discovery

As a first step, we will connect on a short call, so that I can learn more about your desired outcome from working with plant medicines, help you feel which plant(s) might be best suited to help you on this path, and to see how I can best support you on this journey.

2. Preparation

In the weeks leading up to your ceremony with plant medicine, we will get clear on what your intention is, and start clearing some of the stories around it. We will equip you with tools that will help you navigate the journey, and in the final 14 days, we will focus on the Dieta, which will prepare you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

3. Ceremony

During your time away, I will remain available for reflection and discussion. Although you will have all of the tools necessary to navigate your experience, at times it can be helpful to simply talk it out.

Should you wish to have me accompany you on this part of your journey, for added support, that is something that can be explored as well.

4. Integration

Ceremony is only 50% of the work, and long lasting changes are a reflection of the integration process. This crucial part of the journey will span several weeks (and months and years), during which we will unpack your experience, unlock your full potential, and activate timelines that may have seemed impossible before.

F.A.Q.

What is the cost to have you as my Plant Medicine Coach?
The investment is a simple monthly fee of $747, with a minimum commitment of 3-months, which I regard as the shortest amount of time one would need to be well supported before and after a plant medicine journey.

What can I expect from our time together?
Just as your journey has no start or end point, working with me as a coach should be the same. This is not a program for you to follow. At times we may speak more, and others you might need more space to integrate on your own. You might need support for a few minutes and send me a text message. You might want me to accompany you on a medicine journey. I might feel inspired to bring a group together for a call so we can all share and relate to one another. This intuitive flow is what will create the most authentic experience for both you and I.

What tools will we be using?
We will work with whatever tools are necessary in that specific moment, such as but not limited to: Breathwork, Meditation, Journaling, Yoga, Ice Bath, Nutrition, Intermittent fasting, Plant allies, Nature.

What are the benefits of having a Plant Medicine Coach?
A Plant Medicine Coach offers tailored guidance and emotional support, helping individuals prepare for and navigate their plant medicine journeys safely and with intention. They facilitate the integration of insights gained from these experiences into daily life, provide cultural and ethical awareness, and foster a sense of community and connection. Coaches also offer accountability, legal and ethical considerations, and access to a broader spiritual perspective, enhancing the transformative potential of the sacred plant medicine experience.

Will you be the one who holds the Ceremony & serves the Plant Medicine?
In my world view, these sacred plant medicines and ceremonies should be experienced, as much as possible, with indigenous people who have had these traditions passed down from generation to generation. In those settings, we remain in right relation with these very sacred spaces. Having said that, I have also sat with some incredible facilitators who weren’t from indigenous descent - recognizing nuance is important while navigating this topic.
While I regularly hold ceremony space with Psilocybin, and Cannabis, the work that we do together will be focused on

What are your certifications & experience?
My certification includes: Reiki Level II practitioner, Breathwork facilitator, Medicine Within with Abigail Moss, Fit For Service year-long mentorship.
My life has guided me to sit in over 30 sacred medicine ceremonies (Ayahuasca, Wachuma, Psilocybin, Kambo, Bufo, Cannabis), in a variety of settings, including a 10-day stay with the Yawanawa tribe in Brazil. My partner Davina and I co-host a Plant Medicine retreat in Peru (working alongside an amazing indigenous family). At our home in Costa Rica, we regularly hold space for Breathwork and Cannabis ceremonies. My experience is varied, and continues to expand at a very rapid pace.
